Goulash from Turkey with broccoli
Stew of tender Turkey meat with the sauce.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    400 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • A bouillon cube

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Broccoli

Cooking

Rinse meat, dry with paper towel.

Cut into cubes and fry in oil until Browning.

Chop the onion and add to meat and fry until Golden brown.

Bouillon cube diluted in a glass of hot water and pour into the pan. We don't like flavors, so I used just boiled water. There also add chopped broccoli (if the broccoli is frozen, add not defrost).

Stew it all for 15 minutes, stirring constantly, and then add the salt, pepper, and 3 tablespoons of sour cream.

And this is our stew! The finished dish can be served with cheese.
