Pork roast with honey and mustard
My improvisation.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Dry red wine

    0.5 cup

  • Tomato paste

    100 ml

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Cut the meat into large cubes and fry in olive oil.

Then, add the wine and tomato paste, simmer for 20 minutes. Add the garlic, salt and spices.

To mix mustard with honey. Meat shift in a fireproof dish and pour over the mixture.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
