Chocolate-ginger cupcakes
Really want tasty when you are on duty. The original recipe used butter and cream, but that just will not go for delicious for tea. And so was born my recipe for those meatless muffins.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Almonds

    200 g

  • Bran

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Oil corn

    150 ml

  • Juice

    200 ml

  • Ginger

    100 g

  • Cards

    10 piece

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

To combine the sifted flour and cocoa with ginger, cardamom and oat bran

Grind the nuts into fine crumbs, adding the sugar

Add in chopped nuts, vegetable oil, juice and pour this mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients.

Slice candied ginger

Chop the dates, removing the seeds from them

Chop the chocolate

To connect chopped ginger, figs and washed, drained raisins and all this sprinkle lightly with flour. Add this mixture along with the chocolate into the dough and knead thoroughly

Spread the prepared dough in muffin tins and send in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. You can bake one cake, increase the baking time.
