For pancake dough, we need: 500 ml milk, 2 eggs, 200g. pancake flour, 10 gr. olive oil. For the filling: half an avocado, half sweet red pepper, 100 gr. mozzarella, 100 gr. bacon. For decorating: 20 g. pesto, 20g. olive oil, tomato and arugula.
Prepare the batter for pancakes, first beat into a soft mousse 2 eggs, plus milk and olive oil. All peremeshaem.
