Tender fish fillet fried with spinach-mayonnaise test the batter.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Spinach

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Fish fillet without bones and skin, cut into cubes and marinade for at their discretion .I added soy sauce ,salt,pepper and vegetable oil .And left for 15 minutes...

The spinach defrosts.

Make the dough:1таблетка spinach,1tbsp.liters of mayonnaise,1tbsp.liters of vegetable oil,1 tbsp flour,1tbsp.liters of water,salt.Mix everything.

Fish dip them in flour (so the dough does not fall)and the dough is used envelop and fry in butter on all sides in deep fat .I use a barbecue stick.
