Buckwheat pancakes with smoked fish
Soft, fluffy buckwheat pancakes are perfectly combined with fish. Today, I have a mackerel. Turned out very tender and delicious pancakes! With the upcoming carnival!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    0.66 cup

  • Buckwheat flour

    0.66 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

In warm milk add yeast. I use SAF-Point high-speed.

Mix both kinds of flour, salt, sugar. Add milk yeast, yolks. Cover the bowl and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Beat the whites to soft foam and fit in the dough.

Here is a soft and fluffy it turns out. Pan greased with vegetable oil and bake pancakes.

For the filling, the fish separated from the bones and chop finely.

Add boiled egg, grated on a grater, dill and sour cream. Mix well.
