Cooking
Fry nuts on a dry pan.
While the nuts are roasting we'll do the chocolate layer. In a glass from the blender the egg, add cocoa, milk and powdered sugar.
With an immersion blender with a knife mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
Pour the chocolate mass into a silicone form. I have shape diameter 18 cm do Not forget to stir the nuts that were roasted evenly.
Roasted nuts and powdered sugar, pour in the bowl of a blender.
For chopped nuts add eggs and baking powder.
The attachable drive unit and stir. It is quite a dense mass.
Nutty mass spread on chocolate and distribute evenly.
Sent in the microwave for 5 minutes at a power of 850. After 5 minutes, extracted the finished cake. Cover for a few minutes with a towel, to tired and easily away from the form. Then for a couple of minutes put on a cool (until the cake is under the towel I open the faucet with cold water. Sink is cooled. Now put the pie into the cold sink. most important thing is that the tap water is not dripped).
Cake in the form of a cover plate of suitable diameter and overturn. Carefully remove the form. (I had to look away, like someone stole a piece... I love this cake my house!)
If You do not have time to cut a piece of the pie at this stage, then continue with the whole pie, but if pulled, it will continue as I started... Lubricated with a thin layer of honey. What med to take is a matter of taste! The main thing that the liquid was... I Have a "grass-lime."
Now sprinkle dry milk or dry cream... optional powdered sugar... But we like it with powdered milk!
It turns out sweet, but not sugary, crumbly cake. Has anyone tried surprised when they find out that there are no flour!
Specially made photos to the sprinkles that You see the ratio of chocolate and peanut layers.
