Quick, hearty, healthy. These cakes baked by my grandmother in the morning for Breakfast while we slept after the festivities. A good time was.

Cooking
Grate cheese on a fine grater. All the ingredients put in the bowl and knead thick dough. Let stand for 10 min.
On a baking sheet to put baking paper and grease with oil or a Teflon baking sheet. Put the dough moistened with water, a spoon and form a pellet.
Bake at t=180 for about 15-20. Remove and grease with butter. I don't, because I love harder. The pellets are brown because they contain low sugar. Serve hot with liquid honey or thick syrup. Warn once, during cooling, they become hard, but remain tasty.
