Cottage cheese-oatmeal bread with caraway seeds
Fragrant, tasty, light bread with a soft crust is good, just with a Cup of milk, or spread with a slice of home-made sour cream, and a bit of sugar with the sweet tea - yummy! And of course this bread is suitable for any meal.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Serum

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard seeds

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

In a bowl, mix 1 Cup flour, yeast, salt, sugar and whey and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes to approach the dough

In another bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, sour cream, spices

To the curd add cereal, flour (I suggest first add one Cup and then pour as needed, as flour, cheese all are different), add the yeast mixture

And knead the dough by hand for 10 minutes, if necessary adding flour (or liquid), the dough is soft, elastic, almost to hands does not stick. Most importantly, do not flour! Put in a warm place for about an hour, the dough will increase in volume.

Coming up bread sprinkle with water and bake in a preheated 190C oven for 40 minutes (focus on your oven and browned crust).
