Very soft, creamy muffins
Why multicereal? Because the recipe uses different kinds of flour and cereals. Their combination gives a delicious flavor, color, texture. And, of course, such cakes are delicious and healthy! I recommend to please the family freshly baked muffins for Breakfast, they are good with tea or milk.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    240 ml

  • Corn flour

    80 ml

  • Buckwheat flour

    80 ml

  • Flakes cereal

    80 ml

  • Sugar

    60 ml

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Honey

    80 ml

  • Sour cream

    240 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Dried fruits

    180 ml

Cooking

Measure measuring Cup is 240 ml. Mix flour of all kinds, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt.

Add the flakes 7 cereals.

Stir well.

Separately mix the sour cream, eggs, honey, butter. Add dried fruit. Instead, you can use chopped nuts.

Add liquid mixture to flour, stir.

Turn on the oven. Lay the dough on the molds. The dough should stand for 3 minutes, just until heated oven.
