Wheat-oatmeal bread for toast
This bread was born from reading once recipe fresh Irish bread with oatmeal. The recipe I did not like the fact that it is in improver as has been soda, but prefer baking with yeast or sourdough. The result is my recipe.

Ingredients

    120 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Weigh the flour, oatmeal, measure out the buttermilk, yeast, salt, sugar, mustard oil. For kneading, I use a bread machine.
