Muffins couscous
Most likely, You know that couscous is a processed semolina. So, it is also possible to bake delicious pies like manna. I suggest You make the cupcakes of couscous with dried cranberries. They get soft and tender inside. If You don't know what to do with couscous left over from a side dish, feel free to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cranberry

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl, combine the couscous, flour, baking powder, egg, butter, sugar and cranberries. Knead well with a spoon. Instead of cranberries you can put raisins or any other dried fruit.

The dough is put in molds for muffins. To put on 20-30 minutes in the oven, preheated to temperature of 180 degrees. Muffins should be slightly brown.
