Ingredients

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Butter

  • Sugar

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Raspberry

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

Prepare the products.

In a Cup put sugar. Add the yeast SAF-MOMENT.

Add the warm water. Stir. Leave before the "cap".

In a bowl put chicken eggs. Add salt. Whisk.

Add the melted butter. Stir. Then add yeast mixture. Mix well.

Add sifted rye and wheat flour.

Knead the dough. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Bake pancakes in oiled pan.

I got 8 PCs. of pancakes, diameter - 20 cm

Prepare the filling. In a Cup put the cottage cheese, raspberries and sugar. (Pre-raspberries thawed). Mix well.

In the center of the pancake spread the filling (1-2 tablespoons) a "track".

Cover with the filling, placing one side of the pancake on top of another.

Serves pancakes, adding melted chocolate and garnish with raspberries.
