Veal hash with a crispy crust
Hearty and delicious meat dish.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    500 g

  • Broth

    300 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

Onion cut into half rings and fry in butter until soft (in a pan, add a bunch of greens for the smell).

Remove tomato peel (scalded them) and remove seeds.

Tomatoes finely chop and add to the onions.

Dilute the flour with water.

In a pan, pour the broth and mix well.

Flour, diluted with water, thicken the contents of the pan.

Add cubes of chopped meat, parsley and garlic and mix to give out 10-15 minutes.

Form grease with oil, place in it the contents of the pan. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and melted butter. Place the form in the oven in the GRILL mode for 15-20 min, until crisp. READY!
