Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and greens
Fast, simple and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wash mushrooms and cut into plastinkami.

Onion cut into half rings.

Finely chop the greens (I have parsley).

Mushrooms lightly fried in vegetable oil, then add the onion and fry until tender.

Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, add the greens, mix thoroughly.

Pour this mixture into the mushrooms, cover and fry until cooked eggs.
