Cake
This cake well, very rich taste: deep chocolate flavor resonates with the poppy filling is very mild, hints of lemon. On the website there are 2 recipes with the same name, but it could be different, so I decided to share with you. The cake is very tender and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Flour

Separate the yolks from the whites and beat with a mixer with 2/3 of the sugar, still whisking, add the soft butter, salt, vanilla, alcohol, sour cream.

There sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, slaked lemon juice. Mix well.

Beat the whites with the remaining sugar. Carefully enter the proteins in the dough.

Divide the dough into three parts, each of which add filler and mix well. 1 filling: raisins and grated lemon peel.

2 filling: 1 tbsp Cocoa and 1 tbsp Chocolate, grated (this time I added chocolate drops).

3 filling: poppy (it can be pre-steamed). I used dry.

Spread into prepared pan (grease or line the baking paper) in alternating layers: 1 layer with raisins and zest, then chocolate. Top - poppy. Bake at 170 degrees for 60 minutes until dry kindling. The finished cake carefully remove from the mold and cool. The cake is very delicate.
