Pie with millet and vegetables
This cake is a kind of improvisation on the theme of "pizza". It came out very tasty, fragrant and summery bright!!! Try!

Ingredients

Prepare the products.

Boil the millet. Cook until cooked. Cool. I used millet, TM "Mistral".

While cooking the millet, one can prepare the test. Put in a Cup of curd, salt, sugar, egg. Add the vegetable oil. Stir.

Knead the dough. Put in a plastic bag and put into the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Take out the pie from the oven. In the center of the pie break a fresh egg. Add salt and pepper mix. Return pie to the oven.

Bake another 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
