Cooking
Prepare the products.
Boil the millet. Cook until cooked. Cool. I used millet, TM "Mistral".
While cooking the millet, one can prepare the test. Put in a Cup of curd, salt, sugar, egg. Add the vegetable oil. Stir.
Sift flour. Add the baking powder.
Knead the dough. Put in a plastic bag and put into the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Washed and cut into rings tomatoes
Finely chop herbs and grind garlic.
Put in a Cup of boiled millet, half of the grated cheese, chopped garlic and herbs.
Take out of the freezer the pastry. Roll out in the form of cakes. Put into the form, forming the sides.
Spread millet-cheese mass. Evenly distributed.
On top of millet-cheese mass spread zucchini and tomato, alternating them with each other.
I was able to put 2 rows of vegetables.
Sprinkle pie with remaining half of cheese, herbs and spices (to taste). Put the pie in the preheated oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Take out the pie from the oven. In the center of the pie break a fresh egg. Add salt and pepper mix. Return pie to the oven.
Bake another 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve the cake by adding fresh herbs. Delicious both hot and cold.
