Cooking
Prepare the products.
In a Cup put the marinade sauce. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce "Sweet" TM "Kikkoman".
Add the Wok sauce for frying TM "Kikkoman" (2 tbsp).
In a deep Cup put the washed and drained chicken. Add the prepared mixture for marinating.
Well proportioned marinade inside and outside of the bird. Cover the Cup and leave in a cool place for 1 to 1.5 hours.
After 1 hour cut the onion into half rings.
Pickled poultry stuffing chopped onions.
The abdomen of a bird fastened together with skewers, the legs associated with a thread. Pricco put in the package for baking.
Tie the oven bag. At the top of the package do 3-4 puncture. Place baking sheet with chicken in the preheated oven.
Bake for 1 hour at 180-200 degrees. The packet is then disclosed.
Bake the chicken for another 20-25 minutes, pouring the released juices.
Serve immediately with vegetables and herbs.
