Tender, flavorful burgers from minced Turkey fillet with paprika and herbs!

Ingredients

  • Fillet

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    5 sprig

  • Green onions

    2 sprig

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Turkey fillet cut into small pieces.
