Description
Prepare a potato every summer! It is much tastier than the way we used to, I mean the butter with the dill. Lemon zest and juice, gives an interesting and fresh touch. Soy sauce also enhances the taste and adds richness to the dish. Can ready the oil to blend with the immersion blender, I always do the mood. You can also prepare this oil more, and if there is no time, just to get it out of the freezer. Sometimes I bake him a fish, also very tasty.

Cooking
Peel young potatoes. Cook until tender in salted water.
Prepare soft butter, soy sauce, half of lemon, herbs and garlic.
Whisk the oil with soy sauce. Add the zest and juice from half of a lemon.
Separately, finely chop Basil and garlic.
Beat in the oil. I sometimes whipped with immersion blender to make it more uniform, but it is optional.
Oil wrap in cling film and sent in the freezer until hardens.
Here it is after hardening.
Add to hot potatoes and allow to melt. Served to the table.
