Cooking

step-0
Prepare the dried fruit. Dried apricots cut into small pieces, about the size of raisins. Rinse the raisins, remove the stems.
step-1
Eggs lightly beat with a whisk.
step-2
Add the orange zest.
step-3
Add the softened butter.
step-4
In the egg-oil mixture add the raisins, cranberries, apricots and a little chopped nuts. Mix well.
step-5
Half an Apple, peel and cut into small pieces.
step-6
Add the Apple to the dough and mix gently. Add sugar and baking powder. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg, mix well.
step-7
Buckwheat and wheat flour add to dough, mix thoroughly.
step-8
Spread the dough on the molds (I have silicone them I did not grease) and put to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Readiness check wooden stick.
step-9
Ready take out the cakes and let them cool. From the number of ingredients turned out 8 mini-paschek.
step-10
It is possible to decorate as your heart desires))). Jamie in your recipe suggests making a glaze from orange juice and powdered sugar (1 tbsp orange juice mixed with powdered sugar until a smooth, homogeneous consistency of thick cream) and give a mini-Paska holiday symbolism, drawing a cross. You can decorate more than usual - just pour top cakes with frosting and decorate with sugar sprinkles.
