Cooking
The products required.
Water mixed with sugar, vanilla and oil. Add the sifted flour, baking soda, lemon juice. Knead the dough. I use a bread machine for kneading.
Wash pears, cut off tops, remove seeds. The lower part is cut into cubes.
Add the chopped pear in kneaded dough, mix well. Put the dough in molds, on top to press the tops of the pears. Not all molds are followed by pears at the top, exactly the number of pears. If desired, you can cut the tops have more pears, only their lower parts do not add to batter.
Bake for 35 minutes at 160 degrees. The finished cupcake sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish as desired. Enjoy your tea!
