Koiwa
Very fragrant cake which at your request can make friends with different berries and fruits. Cooking is a pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cherry

    150 g

  • Prunes

    150 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

Cooking

160 g butter, softened mix with 10 tbsp sugar, 20 g oil to leave for lubrication of the pan.

In the oil add in the queue and immediately grind : cocoa, water, honey, zest of half a lemon ( the other half goes to cherry syrup ).

Next, add the eggs, 1 tablespoon of brandy and a pinch of salt - all the same grind ( do not beat with a mixer!!!)

Flour mixed with baking powder and sift. All mix well to avoid lumps.

Next, take the cherries and put in the pan, add half a glass of water, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon of brandy and the zest of half a lemon. On low heat allow to boil and remove the cherries from the syrup. The syrup is also put on the fire if has become too thick you can add water, wait until boil. Don't forget to stir!!! Next, remove the syrup from heat and allow to cool.

Raisins and prunes fill with boiling water and allow to stand for 5 minutes, then spread on durlak together with cherries-drained juice and water. Prunes cut in half.

Spread the dough on a baking tray, previously greased with butter. On top of the test put our fruits and berries and slightly press them into the dough.

We put our cake in the oven preheated to 180 gr. for 35 -40 minutes, check readiness of a wooden skewer. After giving the cake to cool, then pour it on top of the syrup and let it soak up. Bon appetit! )
