Cooking
To prepare the pancakes in advance and move to making filling.
Pour into a pan. Add salt, coriander and nutmeg. Mix well. Simmer until soft to the lid.
When the cabbage is ready, add the liver and stir.
Chop the garlic and add to the pan.
Pour the egg into the pan and mix quickly. The stuffing is ready.
Stuffing wrapped in pancakes. And then fry them in sunflower oil until Golden brown. Serve.
