Beef Stroganoff with the aroma of pickles
A simple dish, but very tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Dressing

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Meat cut into fine strips, mix with mustard. Fry in hot oil ( 2 tbsp ) until complete evaporation of the liquid. Add the flour, stir and fry a little more.

Onions cut into strips and fry in hot oil ( 2 tbsp ) until tender. In the end, add "dressing for the pickle" TM "Maggie" and fry for another 1 min.

To combine meat and onion, add the cream, pepper, salt if necessary, cover with a lid and stew until ready. (Meat will become soft and the sauce has thickened.)

Add the sliced fennel, stir and serve.
