Fish casserole
Sunday. Watch TV "Lady and chef". The young lady preparing the casserole with the smoked fish. Interesting. Remember here that in the fridge missing a piece of catfish smoked. Why not make a casserole for lunch? Quickly rushed to the store for fresh spinach, and cooked. After cooking I realized that for my taste the casserole needs some improvement. Offer you a slightly modified recipe of delicious and nejropatii fish casseroles.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    270 g

  • Potatoes

    170 g

  • Spinach

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Garlic finely chop. In butter with garlic fried spinach leaves or finely chopped fresh cabbage for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In the form of spinach, crack eggs and stir. Very much salt, remembering that the fish we already have enough salt.

The fish dismantle into pieces. Boiled potatoes, finely chop or roughly mash with a potato masher.

The fish spread on the vegetables in the form.

Sour cream mixed with a pinch of salt and black pepper and brush with a layer of fish.

Potatoes mixed with grated cheese, nutmeg and chopped parsley. I had green onions.

Spread the potato layer in the form. Optionally, sprinkle a few pieces of butter.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cool the pudding in the form of 20 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve. Nice!
