Description

Cooking
In vegetable oil saute the onion.
Add paprika, cumin, Cayenne pepper and heat for a few minutes.
Add the chopped small pieces of meat, pour a little water and stew under a lid for 10 minutes.
Arbitrarily add the chopped potatoes and carrots, parsley root, pour 1.5 liters of water (can be less if you want to get one and not the dish), sprinkle with salt and stew under a lid until the vegetables are tender and meat (20-30 minutes). If You use beef, it will have to simmer longer - first with the onions until soft, and then lay the rest of the vegetables.
Fragrant and spicy, the goulash soup is ready!
