Saw this dish in the "school of Gastronome" and it just fascinated me. And for good reason. The taste exceeded all expectations. Simultaneously sweet and fresh, and tangy. Here is the post the recipe (slightly adjusted to your taste).

Cooking
Corn drain and grind on the grinder is not very small.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Mix corn, cheese, flour, baking powder, Chile. Add boiling water, cream and all mix well.
Add the egg and salt. And mix again.
