Fried pike-perch with onion
Easy to prepare dish, so to speak, without frills and "problems".

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1200 g

  • Onion

    350 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Prepare the products. Clean fish and rinse with water. Remove the head, fins and tail.

Cut fish into serving pieces. Put in Cup and add soy sauce "Kikkoman". Stir and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Fry in vegetable oil (3 tbsp). Spread on a napkin, removing the excess oil.

In a deep frying pan, pour vegetable oil (2 tbsp). Arrange the onion. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring with a spoon.

Add to the onion sauce "wok" for stir-frying TM "Kikkoman ". Stir.

Spread on top of onion pieces fried fish.

Stir. Fry for 2 minutes.
