Cooking
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar. Finely chop the dried apricots.
Beat eggs. Add the room temperature milk, sugar, salt and again vzbit. Add flour through a sieve (parts), stirring with a whisk, then gradually add water, stirring constantly. The amount of water is approximate, the dough should be the consistency of thick yogurt. Add the vegetable oil "Oleyna"
Heat the pan, grease it with oil and pour a portion of the test. Damn distributed over the entire surface of the pan with a thin layer. The layer of dough spread the curd and dried apricots.
Pour on top of some dough, cook on low heat (only a couple of minutes covered with a lid).
When the dough on top of a little clutch, turn the pancake to the other side. Fry and spread on a plate. Prepare these pancakes longer than usual.
