Fish pie, cheese and onion
Very simple, but at the same time a delicious pie! My "I love you" is the best yeast "SAF-Moment"!!! The dough always!!! Pastries are great!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Onion

    400 g

  • Dutch cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Prepare the products.

In a Cup of sifted flour. Add the sugar and yeast. Fray. Then add the melted butter and warm water by dissolving in it the salt. Knead the dough. Remove 1 hour in a warm place.

Cut onion into quarter rings and fry in vegetable oil until lightly Golden. Cool.

Cut into small cubes trout and three cheese grater.

Eggs, beat with a pinch of salt. Add half of grated cheese.

Put the pie in the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 160-180 degrees.
