Cooking
Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Peel and grate the pumpkin
Finely chop green onions and chili pepper. Add pepper according to your taste. I did considering the fact that the muffins will eat the child
Add the pumpkin to the onion with the pepper, flour, baking powder, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese (leave a little to sprinkle on top of muffins), spices and mix thoroughly
Spread the mixture over the cups, sprinkle the top with poppy seeds and the remains of the Parmesan and bake for 45 minutes or until the muffins will not be Golden. Bon appetit
