Cupcakes
Don't know about You, but in childhood we loved to put in all sorts of small apricots berries: raspberries, cherries, currants. From this childhood memories were born so bright summer flavored cupcakes. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Apricot

    12 piece

  • Cherry

    15 piece

Cooking

To break the egg into a bowl, add sugar

Stir with a whisk, add the honey, milk, vegetable oil, baking powder

Gradually add the flour. The result is a fairly thick batter

Next, I made 2 options. For the first filled small tins test 3/4. on top put the halves of apricot, and the cherry and lightly pressed into the dough

For the second option of apricot, not opening until the end of the removed bone and put a cherry

In the form laid out remaining dough and top distributed apricots with cherry "filling"

Bake at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
