I was lucky enough to participate in the test drive Zepter pots. Before I knew about this dish and even had an Arsenal of the pot, but cook it as usual did not read the rules of cooking. Having visited training in Zepter center in Simferopol, now I know how you can prepare quickly and easily delicious and healthy food. This means healthy cooking without water, (where possible), no salt and no fat.

Cooking
For this dish I'll use a pan 20 cm, 3l - Zepter (for making jam) and the casserole 20cm 2l - Zepter (for cooking meat). Wash figs, cut into 2 or 4 parts. From lemon squeeze the juice.
To put the figs in a saucepan, add sugar, lemon juice and lavender, cover the pan with a lid and put on the minimum fire. Figs will be prepared in its own juice that remains in the pot evaporates. Steam generated inside the cookware, rises to the cap. It is always colder dishes and therefore pairs in contact with her condenseries and sinks to the bottom. This process is repeated until the food is perfectly cooked.
When the thermostat reaches the middle of the green field, remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool under the lid.
Mutton wash, dry, season with ground coriander.
Zepter casserole cover and put on the stove on medium heat. Ware is ready for frying when the arrow of the controller reaches the middle of the green field on the Dry scale, or when the bottom of the pan splash a few drops of water, they will begin to roll-the"pearls". Dry the surface of the pot put the meat, press it to the bottom. Fry 3 minutes on one side, then flip and 2 minutes on the other side.
Then close the saucepan with a lid, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove from the heat and leave the lid on for 5 minutes. Cooking time depends on the size of the piece, the degree of doneness that you want. Meat cooked in a Zepter pot without added fat looks good, its form, color and structure are preserved. The meat is delicious, retains the natural taste and aroma. It retains the vitamins, proteins, minerals, macro and micronutrients. And it contains no TRANS-fatty acids, does not contain acrolein and carcinogens.
Serve the meat with confiture of figs. Bon appetit!
