Pike in spicy vegetables with tomato
Very spicy and tasty dish, especially lovers of seafood spicy dishes.

Ingredients

  • Pike

    8 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

  • Water

    0.66 cup

Grate the carrot on the Korean grater.

Cut into polukoltsami bow.

Into the pan add the vegetable oil, spread the vegetables.

Sauté vegetables until Golden brown.

Add to vegetable mixture of peppers, peas, chilli, rosemary and salt to taste.

Add the tomato paste (2 tbsp), water (2/3 Cup), Bay leaf. The mixture simmer for several minutes (5-10 min.)

In the second pan add the vegetable oil.

Steak pike salt, breaded in flour, the excess flour to shake.

Fry the steaks on medium heat on both sides until Golden brown.

Then put the steaks in a baking dish. Do not add a large amount of oil (2-3 tablespoons).

For steaks to put the spicy vegetable mixture. Send in the oven for baking. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then turn on the grill and brown the top layer of vegetables.
