Rice with zucchini, smoked cheese and mint
Now is the season for zucchini, so the pic I decided to add this tasty and useful vegetable. Smoked cheese will give this dish a spicy touch, and the sauce of mint and parsley a unique taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    2 piece

  • Mint

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil the rice until cooked, then allow the water to drain. For this dish I took the rice bags TM Mistral.

While cooking the rice, zucchini and onions to cut half rings.

Fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil. Add to the rice.

Smoked cheese crumble with your hands or finely chop. Add to the rice.

Mint and parsley grind in a mortar until mushy state and add to the rice.
