Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    180 ml

  • Milk

    180 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Bacon

    180 g

  • Chili

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a pan, fry diced bacon until Golden brown.

In a separate bowl mix yogurt or sour cream, milk, melted butter and eggs.

Mix both kinds of flour, salt, soda and baking powder.

In a liquid mixture enter the dry and mix well. Add the bacon and pepper. And stir again.

Spread the batter in the form that you want to grease with butter and lay a parchment paper and sent in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake until dry matches, about 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. It took me a little longer, as I was deep in form.
