Skewers with grainy mustard
A simple marinade - a great result! The mustard seeds give the kebabs a special piquancy!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    3 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Salt

Cut pork meat into chunks for skewers, cut onions into half-rings

Season meat and onion with soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir and

Add grainy mustard, pour in the vinegar and water, mix well with your hands

Slices of bread fry on a dry pan until black, put on top of the meat, lightly press down. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours (overnight)

Cook the skewers over the coals, checking with a knife till you get clear juice from the pieces.
