Fish-pineapple pie
Want to offer a lean and very tasty pie with a juicy stuffing from fish, pineapple and vegetables. This juicy filling goes well with an airy yeast dough.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In warm water bred yeast. Add a pinch of salt and sugar. Pour 2 cups of flour and knead the dough. Put it in a warm place to come.

Cut onion finely and fry in vegetable oil.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater and stew in vegetable oil.

Mix onions, carrots, add the fish. The fish I baked in the sleeve in the oven, the fillets released from the bones and added the fish to the filling. Roll the dough into a circle. Mid put the filling and sprinkle top with pieces of pineapple.

Raise edges of dough and zasiyaet. Turn over and press slightly to make a form of cake.

Put the pie on a baking sheet and grease with vegetable oil. On top decorate with pieces of pineapple and sesame seeds. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes at 180-200 degrees. The finished cake let cool slightly. To cut into portions and served to the table. Bon appetit!
