Filler pie with rice and squid
A variation on the quiche. In supseptable the stuffing combine the flavors of rice, sour cream and seafood. Mom made this cake for his birthday, surprising colleagues.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Squid

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Prepare ingredients: boil the rice, onions to chop and spasserovat in vegetable oil, squid boil and cut into strips.

Mix in the bowl of a food processor the flour, butter and a pinch of salt, chop into crumbs. Add 3 tbsp cold water, knead the dough.

Roll the dough in the form, make bumpers, prick with a fork and put into the freezer for 20 min.

Mix the sour cream, rice, egg and fried onion. Season with salt and pepper. Use a blender to obtain a homogeneous mass. (My child is not officially eating rice and onion, and in this pie it is possible to feed :)

To get the basis, lay the squid

Pour the resulting casting. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
