Rice with chicken liver and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Cooking

Liver wash, dry, and narezat small pieces.

Onion peel, cut into cubes. If you use fresh mushrooms, then they are cleaned, cut into plates; if canned, then drain the liquid.

In a saucepan heat the oil, put the liver and fry for 30 seconds. Add onions and mushrooms. Cook together for 5 minutes.

Pour rice. Mix well. Salt. Pepper. Stir again.

Pour 1.5 glass of hot water, put the Bay leaf, cover with a lid and bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook about 20 minutes.

Serve hot. removing Bay leaf. Bon appetit!
