Pie stuffed with cabbage
Very soft, the pastry goes perfectly with the juicy filling.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 handful

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add salt, sugar. Wait until you get the froth.

In a bowl pour 3 tablespoons flour, vegetable oil and a Cup of boiling water. All quickly stir.

When the mixture has cooled, mix with the coming up of yeast. Add the flour, knead the dough. The dough should not stick to hands. Waiting for for the dough to rise.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil

Add cabbage, simmer a bit ( 3-4 minutes)

Add spices. Simmer until semi cooked.

Roll out the dough coming up in two tortillas ( down more). Spread the filling, put the second rolled out tortilla. You then sculpt the edges of the cake.

Grease the pie with egg yolk

Leave a little pie so that the dough has risen a bit. Then put in preheated oven and bake until tender.
