Cooking
The couscous steamed in a little salted water. Cabbage cut arbitrarily.
Cabbage boil 10 minutes in salted water.
Also boil the mushrooms in salted water.
Mushrooms and cabbage are thrown back on a colander.
Onion cut into half rings.
Fry in sunflower oil (1 tbsp).
Grind the mushrooms with onions.
Take a Cup, put into it the chopped cabbage, mushrooms and onions, add the couscous. Mix everything together, adding 1 tbsp sunflower oil, black pepper and dealeven if you thought not salty.
Shape the meatballs. From this mass I got 8 pieces of medium size. I put them on the form of the non stick and sent in the oven for 15 minutes at t 180 ° C. Pulled out of the oven, flipped again, and sent another for 10 minutes.
