Vegetable Solyanka with mushrooms
This recipe is a godsend in the Post. This is the first and the second dish at a time: tasty, fragrant and useful.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Olives

    6 piece

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Lemon

  • Greens

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For cooking take sunflower oil "Oleyna", pour into the pan.

Carrots and onions peel, cut small cubes and fry in sunflower oil "Oleyna" for about 2 minutes.

Add chopped mushrooms (I have frozen). Stir and fry, stirring, for 2 minutes.

Add the tomato paste.

Stir, simmer for 2 minutes.

Put finely cut pickled cucumbers, mix.

Add olives, Bay leaf, salt, sugar, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers.

Pour all the vegetable or mushroom broth, bring to a boil and cook on a medium heat for 20 minutes.
