Muffins with apples and ginger powder

Ingredients

  • Candied

    80 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Apple

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

Turn the oven to 200 degrees. Cover form molds for muffin paper or silicone. The dough into 12 small or 8 large pieces.

Prepare a powder. Candied ginger cut in small dice. The butter will melt. Mix in a bowl all the ingredients powder

Mix in a bowl the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, soda, salt, sugar, cinnamon, ginger (if using dry, it should take less)

Apples cleaned (I leave koruru), cut into pieces, crushed with a blender. Mix in a bowl the liquid ingredients of the dough and apples: eggs, yogurt, vegetable oil. Enter the dry ingredients, stir quickly (if the dough is watery, add flour).

Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
