Fried pork in sweet and sour sauce
Tender meat with spicy sauce will not leave anyone indifferent, especially the strong half!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Meat wash and cut into pieces large enough. RUB with sugar, salt and spices. Leave to marinate 2 hours. You can just cook. A pan with a thick bottom butter and a good glow.

Fry the meat until Golden brown, 7-10 minutes.

Add the onion cut into thin rings, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and soy sauce. Then just a couple of minutes.

Serve with your favourite side dish!
