Cooking
We will prepare our ingredients.
I took the lentils, Persian red. It is very quickly prepared.
Fry mushrooms together with onions in small amount of oil. Salt, pepper to taste.
Meat cut into pieces a La carte. It is good to recapture both sides.
Mix fried mushrooms with lentils. The lentils do not boil!
Meat sprinkle with salt and sprinkle with spices on both sides. In the center of each slice put the stuffing.
And wrapped in a roll. Fasten with a toothpick.

Fill our rolls with the cream. Cover with foil. Make a few holes to allow air to escape. And put it into the preheated oven to 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
