Fish croquettes
A simple and impressive dish will delight fish lovers. Bright, juicy and very tasty croquettes will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Trout fillet wash, dry, cut small cubes.

Put the trout in a bowl and add Kikkoman soy sauce, let stand 15 minutes.

Merge soy sauce, fish slices dry. White bread soaked in milk, squeeze, add to the fish.

Add melkorublenym dill and green onion, egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika. Add 1 tablespoon of flour, add salt, if needed (soy sauce is enough), season with pepper. Knead thoroughly.

In a deep dish mix the flour with a teaspoon of smoked paprika. Of minced meat formed into wet hands balls slightly larger than walnut. Roll them in the flour mixture.

Heat in a deep frying pan with olive oil, fry the croquettes 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serve hot fish croquettes with sour cream or yogurt sauce, with the addition of lemon juice and paprika.
