Pollock, baked with cucumber-peanut sauce
Pollock can be very tasty if it-marinated and baked under a cucumber-peanut sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    1.2 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Sauce-marinade

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Greens

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

Peel and boil the potatoes.

Fish gutting, clean, cut the fins, head and tail. Onions cut in big pieces and add to the fish.

Sprinkle with spices.

Generously grease fish sauce-Teriyaki marinade and put aside for 30 minutes.

In a blender grind the nuts with spinach, mint, parsley, dill and cucumbers,

add soy sauce Light, 1 tbsp olive oil

sour cream, salt.

Marinated fish roll in flour and fry on both sides in oil.

Put on a baking tray foil grease with butter and put onions and then the fish.

Coarsely chop the cooked potatoes and put between slices of fish. pour over the fish, cucumber sauce, and the potatoes drizzle with oil. Bake the fish under the grill for 5-8 minutes at max heat. Browned fish and potatoes off the grill. Serve fish with potatoes and cucumber sauce. Bon appetit!
