Cooking
Ground beef, rice, chopped onion, parsley and dill mix.
Add the olive oil, salt and pepper. Give everything a good stir.
Put the cabbage in a pot of boiling water. As soon as the outer leaves become soft, cut them. And begin to wrap the cabbage rolls.
Put the cabbage rolls tightly into the pan. Pour water so that it covers the cabbage rolls, add the butter, salt, pepper. Cover the cabbage with a plate that doesn't pop up stuffed. And cook until tender.
When the cabbage rolls are ready, begin the sauce. Whisk the eggs with limonum juice.
Add corn starch, and then a few tablespoons of broth from the pot with the cabbage rolls.
Pour the sauce into a saucepan and podrachivat the pan so that the sauce thickens and distributed everywhere.
